Today doing early morning kundalini with my beloved, I had a realization. I was thinking about how lately what’s been helping me most in these times is praising the creator. I get up and start praising the beauty of the creation. My thoughts sounding something like, “look at that tree. Wow god you really are an incredible creator. I’m so honored to be alive in this glorious creation.” I had the realization that this is why gratitude works so well. Gratitude is appreciating God (goddess source whatever you call the creator).

Who doesn’t like to be appreciated and loved!? If I was God, I’d be so sad to see my creation suffering and polluting the earth and not enjoying it. I’d want to see them protecting it and stoked! It goes with the natural life current to be in a state of gratitude and praise for I believe this is our highest design! And that’s why magic and miracles manifest when we are in those genuine states of consciousness! That’s why water also makes the most beautiful crystal patterns when exposed to feelings of gratitude and love!

This also applies with our loved ones. One of the most powerful things that Chris and I do every day to stay in a state of love with one another is verbal praise.

For example, these are just a few of the sweet things my beloved said to me this past week (minus all the sexy ones 😉

I can’t wait to have a family with you.

My heart feels so happy and at peace with you.

Wow, this meal you made is the best thing ever.

I went to 5 different stores to make sure I got everything on your list. I love providing for you.

You are the most beautiful woman in the world in every way.

I’m so grateful you’re such a snuggle bug.

You’re the best business advisor. You’re so smart.

Receiving all these nourishing energies of love and gratitude from him makes me want to show up for him as much as possible! I think this is how the creator must feel. When we are expressing this praise, we are infinitely provided for in the stream of life.

Here are 3 suggestions for cultivating this in your life:

? Do as much as possible that generates authentic genuine feelings of gratitude and love

? Tune your thoughts to the channel of praise and appreciation

? Celebrate those closest to your with your words and actions

? Feel genuine gratitude and praise for YOURSELF!

We just had a little mini miracle of divine grace happen from doing the above, and I’m super excited to share it with you in the weeks to come.

What are you most grateful for in this moment?

P.S. this is not just for when things are going well. I’ve found things to be grateful for in the middle of homelessness, not having enough to eat, people I love dying, heartbreak, etc. Finding praise in these places is a lifeline to brighter days. There is always something to be grateful for.
